We take painting work in Spartanburg, Boiling Springs, Valley Falls, Inman, Greer and Greenville.

Reaching us

By phone on the number above, or through the estimate form. There is no walk-in office in this area, so a call or a message is the way in rather than a visit, and it is the same route whether you are asking a question or booking a job.

If you are outside that radius

Ask anyway. Twenty-five miles is where the work usually is rather than a line we refuse to cross, and it is quicker for us to say yes or no than for you to guess.

The estimate

Somebody comes and looks at the property, then you get a written number. It is free, and nothing about accepting the visit commits you to the work. Photographs sent with the inquiry make the visit shorter and the number firmer.

Common questions

Do you provide free estimates?

Yes, and there is no obligation attached to one. Somebody comes out, looks at the job, talks through what it needs, and gives you a written number before anything is scheduled. If you would rather start without an appointment, the estimate form takes photographs and we can tell you what the job involves from those.

What kind of painting work do you take on?

Interior painting, exterior painting, cabinet refinishing and repainting, and deck painting and staining, for homes and for businesses. Drywall repair and power washing come with that work rather than being sold separately. Commercial work is available in two of our three markets.

How long does a painting project take?

A smaller interior job is often a day or two. A full exterior or a whole-house repaint usually runs to several days, and cabinet work adds time because the doors and drawer fronts are taken off to be prepared and sprayed. You get a timeline with your estimate, before the work starts.

What paint do you use?

Sherwin-Williams products. Which line depends on the surface and where it is, and that is part of what the estimate covers rather than something decided on the day.

What preparation is included before you paint?

Most of what makes a paint job last happens before the first coat. Interiors: furniture moved clear and covered, flooring protected, walls inspected and patched, anything not being painted masked off. Exteriors: power washed and treated with TSP, loose paint scraped, exposed wood primed and caulked. It is part of the job, not an extra line.

Can I send photographs instead of booking a visit?

Yes. The estimate form takes up to five photographs, and a picture of the wall, the cabinets or the elevation you are worried about settles in one message what a phone call goes round in circles on. Photographs cannot finish the job of pricing it, so the visit still produces the figure you can hold us to, but they are the fast way to start.
